About me

As a Christian author passionate about faith, culture, and meaningful storytelling, I write books that invite readers into worlds shaped by courage, identity, and God’s quiet pursuit. My work blends African history, heartfelt characters, and spiritual depth—creating stories that inspire reflection while celebrating the richness of family, heritage, and personal transformation.

From vivid biblical retellings like Dews from the East, to faith-centered picture books such as The Ark Comes to Town, to practical guides for families like The Next Generation, my mission is simple:
to help readers encounter truth, hope, and purpose through unforgettable stories.

Raised in Zimbabwe and now writing for readers around the world, I draw deeply from African culture  and the timeless themes of Scripture. Whether I’m exploring the journey of a proud young man wrestling with destiny or creating gentle stories for children learning about God, my heart remains the same—to tell stories that connect faith with everyday life.

Thank you for being here and for allowing my stories to become part of yours.
I pray they encourage you, challenge you, and remind you that God is always at work, even in the quiet places.

Here is what I believe:

I believe in God the Father Almighty,
the creator of heaven and earth:

And in Jesus Christ his only Son our Lord,
Who was conceived by the Holy Ghost,
Born of the Virgin Mary,
Suffered under Pontius Pilate,
Was crucified, died, and was buried:
He descended into hell;
The third day he rose again from the dead;
He ascended into heaven,
And sits at the right hand of God the Father Almighty,
Whence he shall come to judge the quick and the dead.

I believe in the Holy Spirit;
The Holy Universal Church of Christ;
The Communion of Saints;
The Forgiveness of sins;
The Resurrection of the body,
And the Life everlasting.
Amen.

Fun fact: My name is a Shona name, Chipo means gift or talent and Musikavanhu means God the creator.
